Will they have parking?
Each townhome has a private 2-car garage. Each condominium will come with one-two deeded parking spots depending on the unit.

Is the building pet-friendly?
Absolutely. Residents are welcome to enjoy life with their pets, subject to the condominium association's guidelines.
Can owners lease their residence after purchase?
Yes. Owners may lease their residence, providing flexibility for future lifestyle or investment needs. To preserve the character and quality of the community, all leases will require a minimum term of one year and are subject to condominium association review and approval in accordance with the governing documents.
